This campground is in poor condition. No one available in office (even to take your money). Rough neighborhood and mostly occupied by permanent residents. Good Sam needs to go out and re-evaluate this campground. We stayed one night so we could visit friends in Houston and would never return to this campground.

This is a nice, friendly park with very spacious sites. Some shaded sites and some without shade. Nice pool and clubhouse. Big rig friendly. We stayed here in 2005.
